Shipping with Your Strider™ Order
Every Strider™ order leaves our warehouse within 1 - 3 days and is shipped via UPS.
We offer you the following UPS shipping options during checkout:
UPS Ground
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day Air
Shipping costs will be calculated with real-time shipping rates provided by UPS.
Shipping Times
Every Strider™ order leaves our warehouse within 1 - 3 days, Monday thru Friday. We will notify you when your purchase is shipped, or in the unlikely event your purchase is back-ordered.
Once your order has shipped, you should receive it within 1 - 5 business days, depending on the type of service you have selected (U.S. only).
Track Your Package
Once your order has shipped, we will email you the shipping number and a link to track your package.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses
If for any reason you may not be home to sign for your package, you may request to have your order shipped to another address. As a security measure to protect you against fraudulent charges, we may call you to confirm the alternate shipping address.
Please NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We must have a complete street address.
Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses
All merchandise being shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via the US Postal Service via Priority Mail. All shipments must be processed through the military postal service, and, as such, will require more time. Priority Mail will arrive at the APO/FPO processing center, on average, in three days. However, from that point, your package will be handled by the military postal service. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date.
Shipping Internationally
At this time, this site only offers shipping to addresses within the United States.
Strider ™ running bikes are available for purchase to international customers. Below is a list of the countries that have local distribution already established, along with the hyperlink to each company’s website.

If you are inquiring from an area that does not yet currently have a local distributor, we can ship directly to you from the U.S. Following are the International shipping costs:
One Strider™ bike: $79 shipping by US Postal Service Express Mail International (4-5 days… with online tracking).
Two Strider™ bikes: $149 shipping by US Postal Service Express Mail International (4-5 days… with online tracking).
Three Strider™ bikes… $199 shipping by US Postal Service Express Mail International (4-5 days… with online tracking).
Four or more Strider™ bikes: Please contact us for shipping details.
PLEASE NOTE: Check with your local customs office as there may be additional taxes, duties or fees charged to your order. In the U.S., the Strider™ running bike is considered a 'sidewalk toy' and is duty free.
We require that you transmit this order by faxing it to 605-342-0619. Please include the following information:
- Customer name as it appears on credit card
- Billing address for credit card
- Delivery address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- Security code from back of credit card
- List of items to purchase.
Once we receive your fax, we'll confirm your order and total cost via email prior to billing and shipping.
Free, No-Hassle Returns
Should you need to return any item to Strider Sports International for any reason:
- Contact us and we will issue you a Return Number. (Which must be prominently marked on the outside of the box.)
- You may return your item via:
- US Postal Service (you must send through registered mail and insure for the value of your item).
- Federal Express or UPS (you must insure for the value of your item)
- Include a copy of your invoice inside the package, along with a reason for the return.
