In order to support the independent dealers and the value of Strider Sports International, Inc. (Strider), Strider has adopted the following policies for all resellers of Strider products including the Strider™ running bike:

1. Strider™ will periodically publish suggested retail prices (MSRP) for various Strider products. Strider™ will provide a price list to any reseller on request or MSRP's may be taken from prices listed on the StriderSports.com retail online store.

2. Strider™ has a minimum advertised price or MAP that is equal to 10% below the MSRP. Dealers may have special sales promotions below MSRP but should never advertise a price that is below the MAP.

3. Strider™ dealers may not sell Strider™ products on auction sites such as Ebay unless there is a minimum sales price equal to or greater than MAP.

4. Strider™ dealers may independently set their retail prices, but Strider™ may unilaterally and without notice terminate such dealers' right to purchase Strider™ products if any dealer violates the terms and conditions of this pricing policy.

5. Strider™ hereby notifies all dealers that it is their sole responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local laws including collection of sales tax and other such fees.

6. Strider™ hereby notifies all dealers that it is their sole responsibility to insure their business and their actions as a dealer. Strider™ carries product liability insurance to cover possible defects in or failures of Strider™ products but Strider™ does not provide liability insurance for the dealers' actions.
